It is Saturday morning and I am holding Georgia. Sara and Woody are trying to get some sleep. Everything is just as it should be. There are even tree trimmers outside adding to a lovely November day.
This beautiful little one is making faces once in a while. Sometimes she looks surprised, sometimes happy, and sometimes like she's thinking real hard. Thursday Sara said she thinks Georgia dreams and I think we get to share in those dreams through the little faces she makes. What wonderful things she must see.
I wonder what she has to dream about. I wonder if dreams need some experiences to build on. Maybe before we get them, babies are singing with angels and she's dreaming about heavenly things.
Anyway, it is a beautiful baby this lovely morning and grandpa is happy, with a little tear of joy in his eye.

Hello George & Jan! Beautiful baby! Congratulations! As a new grandma myself, I can tell you what a joy grandbabies are and how hard it is when you have to leave especially when they live out of town and you don't get to see them everyday (like you want to). I also know how fast they grow (Caleb turns 3 months tomorrow). He is such a joy and grows bigger everyday! So, enjoy your little one and have fun being new grandparents! It's a beautiful new season in our lives!
Love, Juling
You are going to be such a wonderful grandpa! I think you're off to a really good start. I am so touched and happy with Georgia's name. After I wiped a tear from my eye I immediately phoned Mom. She, too, is thrilled and touched. And I know beyond a doubt that Great Grandpa George would be, too! I'm so glad you have a space on Blogspot! Keep the pictures coming! - Betsy
Congrats to you AND Jan!
